Winsford GP Surgery to set up a Patient Group

Willow Wood GP Surgery in Crook Lane Wharton are looking for volunteers to set up a Patient Participation Group. It is hoped that this group of local people who are patients of Willow Wood will come forward to meet regularly to discuss improvements to the services offered.

Geraldine Croft, Practice Manager said;
“We would be happy to hear from any of our patients who have time to join such a group and who could provide a general patient’s perspective on services provided at Willow Wood. They could also help us to raise local public health issues, help us survey patients’ opinions and generally influence the future of NHS care in Winsford”.

If people have a small amount of time each month to give to this project please all into the surgery to pick up an information pack.
