Northwich GP Surgery to set up a Patient Group

Witton Street Surgery in Northwich invites their patients to join their Patient Participation Group. The aim of the group is to offer a patients perspective on the services provided.
 

Ann Jacks, Practice Manager said;
“We would be happy to hear from any of our patients who have the time to join such a group. We are interested in the opinions of our patients, who through the group can discuss improvements to the services we offer, help us raise local public help issues, assist us in patient surveys and generally influence the way we care for our patients”.
