Think you are Pregnant - what next…..?

If you are PLEASED to be pregnant ..

… then you need to make an appointment with your GP so that you can be referred for antenatal care by the midwife. It’s important that you begin your antenatal care early, so that you and your baby have the best chance of being healthy.

If you are NOT SURE whether you want to continue with the pregnancy then you can get advice and talk your options over with ……

If you want to continue with your pregnancy but are considering ADOPTION…

….please contact Social Services Adoption Team on 01606 275650 or 01270 371318. You won’t have to make a decision straight away but you will be able to talk to a social worker about your options and adoption.

If you decide you want to TERMINATE your pregnancy …

.. please contact Mid Cheshire Hospital Trust, Patrick Murphy Unit 01270 612212 or 01270 612293 and ask for the termination services.

(Please note - after 12 weeks of pregnancy the Patrick Murphy Unit will not normally offer terminations).

BPAS - 08457 304030 who also can provide advice, information and terminations
Each of these services are FREE
