PALS

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (also know as PALS) provides support and information to patients, their families and carers.

If you have any concerns about the care you receive from your doctor, hospital or any other health professional, they will listen to what you have to say and try to resolve any problems quickly and to your satisfaction.

If they cannot help you themselves they will point you in the right direction.
